XVI International AIDS Conference

In August 2006, more than 33,000 delegates from around the world converged in Toronto, Canada for the XVI International AIDS Conference. The conference brought front-line researchers, advocates, and HIV/AIDS educators together with key global decision-makers, from Stephen Lewis to Bill Clinton to Melinda and Bill Gates. The Conference Publishers had produced tabloids for previous international AIDS conferences in Geneva (1998) and Vancouver (1996). This was the first time we delivered most of the content in English, French, and Spanish, producing six onsite editions that totalled 76 tabloid pages.
Canadian Public Health Association
The Conference Publishers produced three editions of a daily newsletter in English and French at the Annual Conference of the Canadian Public Health Association in September, 2007. On the final evening, renowned environmentalist Dr. David Suzuki addressed a well-attended community forum on the links between environment and public health.
Georgia Basin Puget Sound Research Conference

In March 2007, the Georgia Basin Puget Sound Research Conference explored the environment and sustainability issues affecting an important North American ecosystem. In addition to a daily newsletter in English and French, The Conference Publishers produced a post-conference thematic report in newsletter format, as well as a selected summary report that captured key conference sessions in more detail.
RE/MAX
In September 2004, The Conference Publishers delivered three issues of the official conference publication at "We Will Rock You," the annual Canadian conference of RE/MAX. Conference Connections, the daily newsletter helped the 600 realtors assembled in St. John's, Newfoundland achieve a variety of educational and networking objectives.
realMPACT Return on Investment Forum
In mid-November 2005, ProActive Inc. hosted a day-long workshop on measuring the return on investment (ROI) that organizations receive from the dollars they spend on communications for corporate meetings and events. The Conference Publishers produced a post-event newsletter that captured the day's highlights and summarized these powerful tools in an exciting and rapidly-evolving field of practice.
